setting for lifters

I have a 98 disco, need to know the settings for the lifters when I pit my heads back on my block,,,, also need to know the torque for the exhaust manifold bolts.

Your lifters are hydralic and not adjustable but depending on your mileage, yours may be warn as well as the cam lobes.
Read my sticky in the D2 section of the LRO on head gaskets and valve train noise.

Have you already started the job, how about parts, where are you ordering them from?
