i have an 05 lr3 hse, i want to add sirius radio, i can get my hands on a satellite radio module from a 06 could it work? i dont want any loose radios hanging off my dash, w/poor sound quality

I have all the cables, antena & base controler /charger w remote control.
I do not have the input device (Radio) From my 2005 LR3 HSE 4.4

If you dont want poor sound quality skip sirius. My truck cam with 6 month of sirius free. I was shocked that my iphone streaming slacker radio at only 24k was WAY better sounding. The mainstream sirius startions were tolerable, the more fringe one were distractingly bad, and the talk stations sound like AM radio.
