Sunroof stuck

So the wind screen got stuck and the sunroof automatically re opened while I was trying to close it. Now the sunroof won't close... Is this something that will auto reset ? I know the windows have sensors that don't let you get your hand stuck ... Help it's about to rain haha

Yeah, from the repair manual:
Sunroof calibration
"If the battery is disconnected when the sunroof is open, the sunroof may need to be re-calibrated, as follows:
1. With the battery connected, switch the ignition on.
2. Press and hold the front of the switch for 20 seconds. The sunroof will start to
move. Continue to hold the switch until the sunroof completes one full open and closing cycle. When the sunroof stops moving, release the switch. The sunroof can then be operated as normal.

Note: Calibration will not function if the battery voltage is too low."

I believe it's in the owner's manual. I reset the windows once and the instructions were in there.

I purchased my repair manual via Ebay in the UK, it was a CD, cost me about $8, delivered in about a week. 7,500 pages in all.
