What do you guys think about switching to synthetic engine oil on 4.4 V8?Somehow i hear that our jag engine was specifically designed for conventional oil, therefore it does not require any others as longest is changed to specifications.I am actually at 75.000 miles and wanted to know your opinions regarding that issue before I pull any plugs on converting...Is that mileage generally forbids or is to late to switch ...in my case at least?I am gonna try to keep my LR3 as long as I can and wanted prolonged protection for it ..

Just change it and let your engine benefit from a much better quality fluid.
What brand and weight are you going to use?
