Hi guys,
I have a freelander 53 plate. i had my head gasket done a few months ago. but just recently I have noticed that the temperature gauge heats up to normal level within a couple of minutes or less than a mile. I'm pretty sure it never did this before. The car does not over heat and all my water levels etc are correct. Do I have a worry on my hands or am I just being paranoid?? also just recently the passenger door has stopped unlocking via the remote, It locks fortunately. is there a quick fix for this??...Many thank's in advance

Temp may not be an issues depending on the temp where you live. If it is warm I would say no issue, if cold I would make sure your fan is working correctly.

as far a door lock the only easy fix is to replace it... the spring has probably gone bad.
