and if so included in a special package which package is it?

Land Rover lingo only calls it the Cold Climate Package. Where are you seeing Cold Weather?

in most of the list of options on auto trader it says cold weather package like for example
on the list of options for this lr3 it says cold weather package

I believe there is a difference with the front cold climate package and rear cold climate convenience package. It is extra for the rear seat heaters, I believe.

I do't think so. The Cold Climate Package is the only option my truck is fitted with, and it includes the rear seat heaters.
