Best rack for LR4 without factory rails
Last year, I put a Voyager low profile, contractor edition rack on my 2016 that I had just purchased. I am very happy with it. Roof rail installation trouble
You could replace the rail studs and then reseal them. When I installed my rack, I sheared off 2 of those plastic inserts and spent a lot of time trying to get those plastic bits out.
