LR3 Small Mystery Coolant Leak
I replaced my water pump earlier this year with one made by GMB. It was less than $50. A lot of the Jaguar guys say that the water pump needs to have a plastic impeller, not a metal one, due to cavitation issues. -

I've used it for many years on my 05 LR3, including a pan conversion and filter change last year. No issues that I am aware of. -

My thumb is pointing to the release tab for the sensor plug. Press the tab and slide the plug off. At this point you can bypass the sensor, by shorting the plug with a piece of wire. -

Rear Brake Pads/Rotors.
I've changed the rear rotors twice in the life of my LR3. I didn't touch the parking brake at all during either of those jobs. Which is to say that the rotor will come off without having to adjust the parking brake. -

If you redid the wiring and brought sound closer to the driver's seat, it will be louder. Half the distance equals double the loudness. When you have a car full of kids, it's hard to hear the sounder. -
