Tolerances for LR3 tread depth variances
I need to rpelace 2 of my winter tires and wanted to find out how much I need to shave them down so that they are within tolerance of the 2 that are staying on the truck. I was able to find specs for audi, porsche and subaru but not rover. anyone know? Here are recommendations from some of... -

Experience using BMW nav CDs in 2003 range rover?
My 2003 RR has really old 2001 release NAvtec CDs. Per Land Rover site NAvteq makes avail an 8 CD set with 2007.1 release date for $199 to fit 2003 range. Per the NAvteq site they make avail a "just released" 2008.1 version for the 2002 BMW x5 that shares the same MK3 nav unit with range rover...- jimzigg

gothca, dropped it off tonihgt at dealer. of course when i dropped it off the clunking had stopped and the growling was faint.......... never fails. hope thye dont come back with "could not replicate customer issue" -

well the bearing would also cause a loud clunking? i was thinking tran or suspension. the clicking loose marbles /metal clicking sound i figured was wheel bearing. -

Tire wear, second alignment
i also had uneven wear on my winter tires 2005 with 65k. had it aligned and negative rear camber corrected per dealer. when i took off winter tires to swap to summer 2 weeks ago the winters are wearing pretty unevenly. -
