I would assume your PS fluid level has been consistent? If you haven't had to top it up then I wouldn't worry about it. As far as I know, the rack isn't serviceable so i would leave it be until either it starts leaking or your steering is affected. -

I'm thinking that because the joint was seized that the shaft entering the rack was deflecting and therefore causing fluid to leak between the shaft and the seal. After replacing the LCA's you need to do an alignment. I had the same issue immediately after replacing my LCA's and the alignment fixed it up. Although it should be mentioned that the only fault I had was a suspension fault (dash lit up) but not all the other stuff you have. Could be the code... -
