New to the Rover Fam

Afternoon all, just purchased a 2013 Supercharged Range Rover Sport! So far we love it. 101k Miles. Anything we should worry about? Carfax looked decent in terms of maintenance. Any extended warranty that's cost effective? I've heard about some scary repair bills.
