Crazy to add Tactical Rear bumper at 104k?
110k is nothing. In addition, anyone that buys the LR4 after you've beat it up off-roading is going to also off-road and be attracted to rear bumper and tire carrier. I'd say it's an easy decision. To buy or not to buy...
I have a 2008 LR3 HSE with 150k that I bought new. It still runs great and I have no plans on changing it. As others have said, any car needs some serious maintenance between 100k-150k. LR3 - Rear Windows Stopped Working

Slider Comparison; anyone used either of these?
