    Do you rotate your tires?

I do option A every 5-6k as well; I've had good even wear on both my LR3 and Disco2 sticking to this routine so it works for me.

The obligatory "Show off your LR3' thread

Spent last weekend doing a lot of hiking in the UP, Porcupine Mountains State Park. Couldn't really find any trails other than fire roads to take the Rover on, but thought I would share what was an awesome trip anyway. As an aside, the first night there got into the 20s which is colder than our...

    U.P. Trails?

Thanks Schafari...we're actually going to be camping at Presque Isle so doing the river hike is definitely on our list.

    U.P. Trails?

The regional forums don't get much use so thought I would post here. Heading up to the Porcupine Mountains this weekend for a 3 night camping trip. Anyone here know of any good trails or forest roads in the area that I should check out?

    LR3 Value in your area?

I've been looking to sell my '06 (5 passenger, SE w/all options except NAV) with 54K miles and I've gotten a couple trade-in prices, in the range of $16,500. This is in the Chicago area.

    2006 LR3 V8 SE w/Ford ESP Warranty

I'm selling our LR3. Bought the vehicle at the beginning of this year but wife has recently taken a new job and since the car is now used for commuting, it makes sense for us to get something that gets better mileage. Some details: -57,*** miles -Premium sound package (Harmon Kardon stereo)...

Question about the hood latch sensor

Thanks trickblue; so for the foil, I just place a piece of foil over each hole and plug it back in? How do you get the foil to 'stick', do I place some of it in the actual holes on the harness?

Question about the hood latch sensor

I'm getting the 'bonnet open' message and have read the posts about replacing the sensor. I've tried unplugging and cleaning it and that worked for a week but now it is back so I want to replace the sensor. What I don't know is how the replacement works, because it seems from looking at it...

    Tha REAL answer!

Right, only talking points. You stated "We have enough known crude oil in the lower 48 states alone to supply our fuel at the current rate of usage for 200 years"...that assumes demand to stay stagnant, and not increase which all signs point to actually happening. Now, as to facts, according...

Water Leakage from Driving Thru Car Wash-LR3 -05

I have noticed this problem, but my sunroof still works. Try posting in the LR3 specific forum and you might get more exposure...hopefully someone there can help you out.

    Tha REAL answer!

******, I don't know where to start with you so I'll try to briefly fill you in on why you are mistaken: -You are right that when supply outpaces demand, prices fall. But your logic assumes that demand is going to stay stagnant. That goes against all recent evidence (with the emergence of...

    Tha REAL answer!

Hate to burst your bubble Rover ******, but whether democrats or republicans are in office, we are still talking about a commodity that is traded globally. As such, its pricing will be subject to supply & demand as well as futures like jptruck states, irrespective of who is sitting in the oval...

BaD EXPERIENCE- LR Cherry Hill & ESP Warranty

Sorry to hear about your bad experience. I have ESP but haven't had to use it yet. My dealer does work with them directly, but even still, it's always a good idea to have warranty company OK the repair first before any work gets done. Let us know what ESP ends up doing for reimbursement...
