    Passenger valve cover leak. Where?

Might want to check the oil filter housing gasket as well. It's a cheap part, but you can try tightening the bolts inside the housing to mate it better to the block.

2016 LR4 Coolant Crossover, Water Pump, Thermostat Replacement

You're absolutely right. Supercharger removal does not increase access to sparkplugs or fuel injectors. Best way to do both is to disassemble and remove battery boxes.

Best Brand MAF and MAP Sensors

Don't worry about Volvo vs Bosch. You should be good. If I remember right (I'm sorry, it has been a bit), you will have a lot more room if you remove the rear engine cover mount. It should be two, maybe three bolts. Take a picture so you can match orientation. Remove that piece and use a 1/4"...

Best Brand MAF and MAP Sensors

Ha! The rebel is now my wife's. I have a power wagon. I have been dumping more money into the power wagon than I promised I would... I do actually miss the LR4. Best vehicle I ever owned. You see that little LED light bar in the grill? That took the removal of 17 plastic fasteners, about...

Glad you were able to get it out! They both should work. Mine was a Volvo sensor as well. When I ordered a new one, using that part number, a Volvo one was in the box lol.

    LR4 5.0L V8 MAP Sensor Replacement DIY

Part numbers given in the other thread. In red, I circled the hole where the MAP sensor mounts. Feel around between the firewall and this location. Absolutely agree. I found it easier to remove the bolt, pull the sensor and harness above the intercooler to remove the connector.

Different part numbers my friend. Here is the part number for the one on the back of the intake manifold: LR021587 Here is the one on the throttle body: LR087236

Bosch are factory fit on the SCV6. The throttle body MAP sensor is the same, but the SCV6 has an additional MAP sensor on the back driver's side of the intake manifold.

    LR4 5.0L V8 MAP Sensor Replacement DIY

There are two. One on the throttle body and one on the back of the intake manifold (driver's side).

LR4 Transmission Fluid Change: Pan Swap Option

You need to start the engine before you open the fill plug. Otherwise, a lot of fluid will come out. From cold, remove the transmission heat shield and LOOSEN fill plug slightly. Then start vehicle, remove plug, and start filling. Once it starts to drip, close fill plug and let it get up to...

    Aftermarket Valve Covers

I'm not sure what inflation prices look like nowadays for labor and parts. Not having a supercharger will reduce labor costs (and some part costs) significantly. But, you give some back for the extra two injectors. I'm sorry. I forgot to answer your original question. I've never heard of an...

    Aftermarket Valve Covers

Not sure if you have SCV6 or V8. My experience is with the SCV6. I had an Indy replace the passenger valve cover, I supplied all the parts, and it was still $900 in labor if I remember right. Regardless, and simplisticly, sometimes replacing just the PCV diaphragm doesn't fix the problem. I...

    MAF issues, reduced performance

If you are hearing an air leak at the pcv valves, it could be a torn diaphragm. Wouldn't hurt to replace both. They are known to tear and leak. https://www.roverparts.com/emissions-control/pcv-valves-components/LR133579/

Relocating the two hoses in the right rear wheel well

Nope. Just mentioned that I did it in the bigger tires thread. Sorry, brother. However, that thread will help immensely. It will be clear once you pull the tire and fender liner.

Relocating the two hoses in the right rear wheel well

https://expeditionportal.com/forum/threads/lr3-4-rear-ac-line-relocation.143822/ This is what I used. Super easy. Very minute coolant loss. Make sure to blast the REAR and front heat while bleeding. I'm sure I have a post on here somewhere about it. If I can find it I will repost
