I just finished putting rock sliders on yesterday. The running boards that came off are in pretty good shape. They've been through a couple New England winters, so aren't perfect. If you want them you have to come get them. Simply too big and awkward to deal with shipping.

It is a sad known problem with direct injection engines. I'd love to see a manufacturer employ a port fuel injector that supplies roughly 25% of the fuel demand to keep everything nice and clean.
@q5sys based on that list of dealerships I've had a good experience with checkered flag JLR in VA Beach for parts. I don't live in the area so I can't comment on the service side of things.
I've found prices for parts to vary quite a bit from dealer to dealer. Might be worth contacting a few that are within a days drive from your location.
If the block deck has warped it is going to be a royal pain to get a good head gasket seal. Add the cylinder wall lining to the equation and I would recommend a reman motor.
If you're doing the chains on the v6 you should probably replace the supercharger coupler and the oil for it while you are at it. Front and rear coolant cross over pipes too.
