Replacement of passenger airbag in 2016 LR4
According to TOPiX the upper dash will have to be removed. Im not sure if there is enough room to get the Airbag module out even if the glovebox was removed. -

This specific code is set by the low pressure pump in the tank. JLR has released a PCM update to address this.
