1997 Disco Mass Air Sensor
Thanks to all who responded. I have been able to find used/rebuilt alternatives for a fraction of the price on a new one. Stay tuned, I'm sure there will be something else to find or solve.:bandit:- theshadman

1997 Disco 1 help.
I also have a '97 Disco and am having the same symptoms. I think I have my situation narrowed down to a faulty Mass Air Flow Sensor...(a new one is very expensive). I've taken it to a couple of respected mechanics in my area.... So now I'm looking to find a used one since my Disco is used...- theshadman

What's the trick to finding wrecked or salvage parts?...I'm sure once I find the grapevine, I can continue to finish the re-build of my '97 Discovery.- theshadman

1997 Disco Condenser Fans Gone Bad
Both condenser fans are shot on my 1997 Discovery...has anyone replaced them without removing the radiator by going through the front grill? Also, I'm considering straight wiring aftermarket/replacement fans to a toggle switch but would still need to find aftermarket fans. Has anyone done...- theshadman

nope...the battery and key fob have new ones....the batteries in the key fob have been working for a while....any other suggestions?- theshadman
