I keep mine heavily waxed with an old fashioned paste wax. Restoring kits are a waste of time and money. So far pretty good, but scratches still happen over time. For a temporary fix, or if you want to add another weekly chore - WD40. -

Thanks, ugmw177, I have seen that photo, but without taking the lower dash apart I cannot confirm. I am looking through the mechanics manual and I see 2 expansion valves, one in the front and one in the rear. Seems to me that as both zones are blowing hot, that simultaneous failure of both... -

Always and forever, OEM parts only, with very few exceptions - one being possibly being that little elbow. I did not change belts at 50K, they looked like brand new, maybe I should have ? I did not change tensioners either. -

If they replaced the water pump in 2021, then it's the new Rover pump and design - unlikely that is the source. Dripping quite a bit you say... Don't drive it at all we all say.... -
