Drastically different. Looking up part numbers for the transfer case might indicate if the t-cases are different. Not sure why they changed it. Troubleshooting coolant vacuum fill failure
That is trick. Not sure if I would trust it though. I like the old school way where you burp it. I'm curious, if that tool is shows there is a leak because it can't hold pressure, doesn't that mean you are adding air into the coolant system?- powershift

I've never tried vacuum filling. How does that work? For my pressure test I used the harbor freight hand pump coolant pressure tester and it found a leak.- powershift

The owners manual doesn't say how to make a smooth shift when at speed from 4H to 4L. But this morning I tried shifting from 4H to 4L at 15-20 MPH and this time brought the RPM's up to ~2,200 after engaging 4L, then while maintaining that RPM shifted from N to D and it was smooth.
