I'm not 100% sure if the solenoid is commaned open or closed. Never had to deal with this. Shop manual doesn't specify.
3000 rpm is when the PCM shuts off power to the solenoid.
Where are you checking the oil pressure?
If you have a long enough hose on the guage, you can drive the car and monitor the oil pressure.
100% is the duty cycle that the PCM is commanding the solenoid. So, 100% would be commanded fully open.
Like greiswig said, some sort of wiring diagram is need to see where the issue is.
The OEM alternator is controlled by the powertrain control module. Circumventing that circuit will certainly cause issues.
