    Unfortunately, the metal parts for the V6 are not shared with the V8. The only aluminum upgrades I'm aware of for the AJ133 V8 are the small tube between the water pump and oil cooler and the rear crossover that EuroAmp sells (which is fairly untested from what I can tell).

    Oil in Intake Manifold - Smoke on Startup

    Replace your PCV diaphragms and see if that stops the smoking. Part number for the diaphragm is LR133579, you will need two of them. They are located on the right side (passenger side on LHD models) cam cover. This video from Lost Cause Ranch may also be helpful.

    Hinges seem fine, nice and tight, no sagging that I can tell. I noticed when I am slower and more deliberate with opening/closing the door seems fine. I am going to try lubing the latch and hinges to see if that helps.

    I’m in agreement with this. Nowhere I’ve ever come across in my search for LR4 timing chain information has a difference ever been mentioned. I think it must have been a Jag-only deal like Jimmy mentioned above.
