I cleared the codes last night and went on a 400 mile roundtrip today from NYC to Delaware. I'm pretty sure i did a few drive cycles and the systems should be "ready". I checked for codes a moment ago and all clear. Please wish me luck lol. -

Yeah you’re right about the o2 sensor and cat related codes. The others i narrowed down to a failing MAP sensor and the charcoal canister in the EVAP system. If not, get yourself a used Honda for $500 to get around and do the work yourself if you’re mechanically inclined at whatever pace fits into your busy life. Yeah the strut itself is OEM, but the airbag is firestone. I entered the part number on the airbag and did extensive research online and found no indication of Firestone ever making any airbags that fit any Land rover...it’s so weird. -

Well that would work as well, but i’d still prefer the 0W-30 since the 0W would flow better during a cold start when most wear happens. 0W-30 and 5W-30 should be the same viscosity when engine is up to temp. I’m not 100% sure so please correct me if i’m wrong.... -

I recall going up an incline where my foot was almost down to the floor on the gas. The engine raced up and the tranny downshifted and it gained speed so slowly. It was horrible. I felt bad for the engine with that amount of weight LOL. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Drove the V6 and it was severely underpowered and sounded horrible in my opinion. I was thinking about upgrading to a 2016 a few years back. I have a 2011 V8 and i’m so lucky to have one. It’s the preferred engine to have for these trucks. Solid and reliable once those above mentioned services... -
