Brake pad sensor function
It trips as soon as the black rubber coating on the sensor is stripped away and that first strand of copper wire is broken. So no it doesn't need to we worn all the way through before it trips. It trips as soon as the first speck of wiring is exposed. -

I'm 95% sure it's an electrical issue. It's most likely a battery problem. Even though your battery is less than 12 months old to you, doesn't mean it's not way older. Maybe you have a dead cell, unless you have an AGM. Plus these rovers suck through batteries every 18-36 months. Opt for an H8... -

I was considering the brembo pads for the front and rear of my 2011. It says they’re premium ceramic and the front and rear are both under $40 a pair. Sounds a bit sketchy. Can anyone chime in? -
Dented hood with elbow by accident.

Part is about $350 from any reputable vendor online. Labor can be anywhere between $100-$200 dollars. So basically $600 give or take. -
