    Had a similar squeak in area behind the front door mirrors. I used some mercedes " gelittepaste" (spelling?). It's their million dollar sunroof paste. A very rubber nourishing(silicone I think) paste. I'd pick something that softens runner and makes it slippery, but lasts long.

    I would be concerned that the bags would be, or close to, bottomed out at access height. Bumps could d be harsh and potentially damaging?

    I personally use a d2 two stage bottle on those dimples. Love showing others when the rover " lifts it leg" to help with a tire change.

    The bottle Jack for a Mercedes sprinter is a two stage and fits in the interior compartment. Can be found on eBay for ~ 100.

    Yep, they are the preferred pan setup for maintenance. For the gasket, lubelocker makes a silicone gasket that is much better than the paper.

    I bet you found your culprit. Alternator was probably freaking out a bit because of the loose connection. The alternator varies output based on what voltage it sees.

    Mine did that when the alternator was spiking. Do your lights strobe at all at night? Headlights or dash lights.

    The RTE bumper and winch were a tight fit, so I added some wiggle room. Allows me to pull/install winch without dropping bumper. Or access the winch's rear wiring and not be right up against the body. Used a tactical 4*4 aluminum washer bottle, so it made it a tight fit to get bumper off and on.

    Hadn't expected such a large chunk of magnesium. Assumed it was just plain old aluminum. Is it common knowledge that bit is magnesium?

    Below brake lines. About 4-5" above center of steering shaft opening. Nothing near it on either end, so a safe place to poke a hole. I definitely triple and quadruple checked what was around and was I seeing it correctly!

    Just aux lights as of now. Those pics are my ocd...the red wire sticks out visually and I don't like it, :) But yes, just routing photos for reference.
