2011 lr4 cliking noises coming through speakers

my lr4 just started haveing clickcing noises through the speakers even with the infotainment system powerred off. any suggestions?

Yeah, I did and problem solved. Have a charger port that shows voltage, best $4 spent on this thing so far. I can monitor voltage real time

If the sound varies in frequency with engine RPM variation, the alternator is a good suspect. Otherwise…a capacitor in the amp module? IDK

thanks, sound does not vary with rpms. I found last night that it seemed the positive battery cable was not very tight. son had to have battery replaced a couple of weeks ago. I re-tightened it and started car..no clicking noises but have not driven it yet. we shall see.

I bet you found your culprit.
Alternator was probably freaking out a bit because of the loose connection. The alternator varies output based on what voltage it sees.
