I have to agree with the SilentArmors. A great tire on and off road. I just completed a new listing of available tires for 18, 19 and 20 inch rims. I use the MT/R with kevlar and they have been great. The noise is much less than other MTR's and more like some AT's that I have had. Check...

That was an excellent write-up on how to get to and fix the latch along with the technical bulletin. I like the extra cable as a backup! This will be very helpful for to a lot of people with this problem. Thanks!

I saw that same failure that umbertob referred to. A nasty break with no way to get the bolt out without a tap tool. Upgrading this would be a big benefit. Appreciate the info.
Dave:
You just need to stop with the negative comments, misinformation and bully tactics. You whore the forums as much as anybody pimping your rods and making smart comments about others. Sell all the rods you can, I really don't care, however, don't preach and prostitute at the same time...
I would have to agree with several of the other post not to purchase these for protection. I had a pair that came with my LR3 and they kept getting bent as they don't have the proper support or strength. I threw them out and got the RS sliders and could not be happier. The RS sliders are a...

Wow Blackforest,(Dave). I know you are aka Sasquatch and sell the adjustable rods, but that's over the top. You don't need to talk trash to sell your product. I refer people to your Sasquatch rods and the toddco rods if they want an adjustable product. My Johnson Rods are a...

Have you been in a situation on trail to change a sensor? If so how difficult is it?
I would like to see a thread on what parts, equipment and tools do LR3 owners think are the most important to have with them for off road trail fixes and repairs.
Should be an interesting list and...
Churious:
Installing the Johnson Rods will not fix the computer fault. It is possible under certain fault situations that the rods will trigger the sensor to raise the vehicle and thereby enable you to continue until the problem can be fixed. It just depends on the fault situation if the...
Thanks man. Yes, I wheel in the So Cal desert and with SCLR. Not sure on the rims but someone on this forum may know where to get them. Hope to see you at one of the SCLR events.
Just boxed those up brother! Didn't know that was you. Three days for delivery.
This could be you next... yes I'm excited 4 u:hello::hello::hello:

I made that same mistake with a tire shop and ended up taking it to the dealer to get it done right. Good advise! I have rods in 23 countries and most of the guys using them keep them on full time with the larger tires and therefore getting an alignment is necessary.
I love that pic with the Goodyear silent armors and the LR3 lift kit. Got it on the website. Drop me a PM with your email. I like this pic going the other way too!

That was an excellent report and very useful. I'm going to print it out for reference. Just what I was looking for. Do you have any fly fishing recommendations for along the way?
Thanks!
