http://www.ddmtuning.com/Products/Apexcone-Raptor-HID-Kit cheap and good. as for tips, you just have to punch a hole in the factory seal, use the supplied seal to fill that hole, secure ballast and done. not sure about the high beams though. i have 6000k lows and 3000k fogs. -

we drove through the blizzard of nyc as it was happening. the tires faired very well to me. not a moment did i feel any slide or loss of traction in slush, snow, water, or all of the above. this is while other cars/suvs were sliding and fishtailing around me. -
