Tpms message
yup it does know which tire. It does learn where each tire is after rotation. the IIDtool will not allow you to see each tire pressure. I know as of a couple of months ago it was not available. They said it could possibly be a future update. I had tpms issues at one time and I think it was... -
IIDtool cluster firmware upgrade
i did mine and I recall about 5-10mins. I just connected the IIdtool and it took care of the update process to the lr4 display. -

2010 Rear Center Seat Stowing
try yanking up on the bottom seat cushion....a couple of time. something has to be sticking. also try and rotate one of the outboard seats out of the way( entry to rear seat position) then you can look at inboard seat latching mechanism. Tug real hard on the strap under seat as Umbertob... -

Engine idle high when the AC is on
i think this is normal. my 2010 lr4 does this. I notice it more on hotter days when the a/c is set to auto and trying to cool my lr4 inside cabin down. I notice once the inside cools down the vehicle idles as if the a/c is not on. I think it is just trying to run the a/c compressor faster to... -

hdc you can turn on anytime but I think you will only feel it under a certain mph speed. I have a 2010 lr4 so not sure if they changed the features -
GAP Tool ?
will this tool reset the brake pad light? I just tried and can't seem how to reset that light. I just put new rear pads on because the light came on. The pads needed to be replaced. I unplugged and plugged sensor correctly. -

there is a throttle body and it may be direct injected as well. they just spray and wipe the inside of throttle body that i know of. Its a scam. If you can do this yourself you should be fine. Do not the the throttle plate slam shut when cleaning. -
LR4 2011 vs 2012
i believe the radio navigation is way better in the 2012's and up so that is a plus. I think you can Bluetooth stream audio to radio and the navigation user interface is better. Although I think any smart phone with google maps is way better than any car navigation besides telsa. -
