ohhh okay yeah it looks gloss black in the picture hahaha I know lighting and angles can make colours look well different like #thedress hahahaha. Thanks cmb6s! I spent the weekend checking her by myself, I couldn't find any leaking air pipes, there is indeed a leak in the dryer and the reserve valve. I wrapped some thread seal tape to the reserve valve and fixed that leak, then I jammed the dryer leak with epoxy and some baking soda and...- BearishDriver

oh my wooow Ryby that is one cool looking LR4! and I am a guy who thinks that anything other than stock looks chavvy but that combination is quite nice! isn't the bonnet supposed to be matte as well to reduce glare? anyhow the colour contrast is spot on, good taste!- BearishDriver

that's what I told the dealership's head mechanic and he said he would check that and the air pipes. 7 business days later they call and say it is the compressor that's got a leak! I am going to the dealership to have them show me the leak because I just cannot figure out how a leaky compressor...- BearishDriver

My LR dealer called this morning and after a week of "inspecting" the vehicle which dropped only the rear they say it is a small leak in the compressor. A new twist on EAS problems....
gosh am I sick of this stupid EAS!! I think you should go with an indy as well, just to get the 2nd opinion. I can't understand tho, if it doesnt leak, then how can the compressor run with the reserve being full, I mean where is it compressing the new air into??- BearishDriver

LR3 Air Suspension Problem! Help!
No I haven't got one and the LR3 is still at the dealership I'll talk with them before the close today. Compressor kicks in after 20 minutes of sitting still but works for only a few seconds so I am guessing the pressure decreases, but I don't know if it is because it tops up the rear first.- BearishDriver

took it in this monday morning and the dealership still has no clue of what it is! hahaha head mechanic has been checking it all day and still isn't sure, they can't find any leaks and everything looks normal according to them! After 2 days at the dealership they charged nothing for calibrating the suspension, according to the head mechanic that was the problem, only that it wasn't I will have to take it to them yet again. Quite angry tbh bc they clearly told me that it wasn't lowering anymore... RUBBISH they did...- BearishDriver

So I guess that day one swaps the EAS for a coil suspension, the compressor alone costs almost as much as the four coils! hahaha anyhow, if I have time today I will take my leaky LR3 to the dealer otherwise I'll wear my compressor quite fast- BearishDriver

yes it is only the rear right, every morning it's lower than the other 3, I think I'm going to the dealership tomorrow. Gosh I hate those guys they are so overpriced :( the part is about £80 - 100 yet I am pretty sure the stealership will quote me around 3x that price :mad::mad:- BearishDriver
