Changing all window controls to 'one touch' or automatic operation?
2006 should be the same as 2005. The "click" feedback was removed from the driver's switch when they made the passenger window one touch, too. So, that's after 2006. -

1) I can't imagine why someone would think the CD changer is a DVD changer. No product manager will silently put a DVD mechanism in a device that is marketed as a CD player; the marketing folk would kill them. :smile: 2) No, the Navigation computer is dedicated and won't play music on any form... -

TPMS standard: Already here since it's mandatory by law in the U.S., for every new vehicle. Lower suspension automatically when put in park (user selectable): Not going to happen: safety concerns. Anyway, you just need to tap a switch a few seconds before parking. -

Daytime running lights
It requires test book... your service department's computer tool. You can't do it. It shouldn't cost more than the minimum time labor charge... it's a very short procedure. But, of course, your dealer is free to charge whatever they want. -

I haven't been as 'plugged-in' lately so I can't confirm/verify anything... but it's always been on the table as a possible offering. It would be virtually identical to the RRS configuration, as the parts are modular between the vehicles. It has two discrete A/V input jacks behind the center... -

Passenger Airbag Light?
The passenger air bag, at least in North America, is automatically disabled for safety purposes if a passenger is detected that has a low weight. (Under 90 lbs? I'm not sure off the top of my head.) If the warning is illuminated without anything on the seat, there is something wrong... likely... -

Back Up sensors - erratic?
If you have a 2005, the PDC can be upgraded to the improved logic. (Via module replacement.) There is a TSB article for 2005 about the PDC not activating all the time; just take it in with this specific complaint. If you are still in warranty, you'll be fine. I'm not sure if you'll get the... -

Yes, BS... in the US, there is no way it can "void the entire warranty"... he's a bit paranoid. The specific failure has to be caused by the modification or change. On a side note, remember that your local dealer gets paid for every warranty repair by Land Rover. They don't do it for free... -

sunlion, what year? The logic has changed twice. The 2nd version just turns on when you drive very slowly. The original version only activates when you do a specific park/reverse manuever. For the 3rd version (default on 2007+), it's back closer to the original logic... since people... -

You mean you did the Ford-like "buckle & unbuckle" 7 times (or is it 9?) trick to kill it permanently? If so, I'm not sure. I know on other Ford vehicles, the belt minder can be re-activated by doing the same process again. But I've never had the urge to try it on LR3. -

91 (Premium) is recommended (see label and manual) as the engine is designed for a higher compression ratio. Depending on the environment (for example, high altitude) you may be able to get away with lower. I, for example, generally get worse MPG with incorrect octane. (Mostly sea level.)... -

Sorry, don't expect magic MPG miracles for LR3. It's basically the heaviest vehicle in it's class. And he's definitely not talking about LR3: #3 is actually funny. IMHO, if there was a "cheap upgrade" that would noticeably improve MPG for your gasoline engine, Land Rover's engineers would... -

If you have the LR Rubber Mats, please read
I'm not sure what your problem is; it never confused me... Hmmm... The mats go around the side of both seats. The right mat (I think) is longer and covers across the middle. It meets with the mat on the other side with a slight overlap.
