Seatbelt Alarm

Please let me know if anyone else may have an idea regarding seatbelt alarm on the LR 3 '07. I tried the suggestion I read on the UK version of Rover World but it didn't work. Let me know. Thanks again Grommet.

the 2007 models have the alarm? That blows. It's one of the great things about the early models. Why do car makers keep insisting on these things?

Do the 07 models have the damn alarm? I can't understand why anyone would want that feature, but to each their own.

the idear is for SEATBELT BOING OFF:
- ignition on
- 9 times fasten seatbelt on and off (DRIVERSEATBELT)
- seat belt boing has gone
-THATS IT

As mentioned before, it's the OPPOSITE problem. He wants to turn it back on.

Ok Then do it again, the same procedure and the boing is is on again

Strange, I have the 06 and only my seatbelt light comes on no boing. Bought it like that. I'd suggest a quick call to the service dept.
