ARB/Engel Fridge - Who's Got One??
I run a similar setup with my ARB and absolutely love it! I've powered my ARB with a single deep cycle battery for over 3 days on camping trips with no problems. The draw on the ARB fridges is pretty minimal. -

Very nice! My gut also says to go with the DuraTracs. I had them on a previous 4X4 and they gave a great highway ride, low noise, good off road (even mud), and they are awesome on snow & ice. I've debated on what to do about the spare. I've heard mixed reviews on the rear tire mounts. Around... -

£185 each rim and £289 for shipping for a total of £1214 GBP for 5 rims. With the international wire transfer charge and an exchange rate of 1.695 USD = 1 GBP it worked out to about $2,100. They only charged an additional £10 for shipping the 5th rim, so it's probably worth it to order all 5. -

I'll probably go with the same tire (Goodyear Duratrac in 265/65R18). I had a set of those on my Hummer H3 and they were the best combination of load road noise, off road performance, and traction on snow/ice. They also do really well in mud. -
2010 LR4 Tire Issues?
Turns out that was the case. My LR dealer did a 60,000 mile service and force balanced the tires. That seems to have solved my problem. -

New member - considering LR4 HSE
Of course opinions will vary. When you absolutely need a winch, there's no substitute. Jeeps, especially the older ones are light, so I'm sure a come-a-long works great. Winching allows you much finer control during vehicle recovery. Instead of chain, I would go with a quality tow strap. Chain... -

I've only got about 2300 miles on my 2014 RR Evoque, but we absolutely love it! I like that it doesn't look like every other crossover on the road and it is far more capable than the others.- Trekker
