Sounds more like an alignment problem to be honest. Moving to off-road height changes the geometry of the lower control arms. I bet that is what is clunking. Mirror turn signal not working
Absolutely the reason. Where would the new mirrors receive the turn signal "signal" if the original harness did not include it? You will have to tap into the turn signal wire (front or rear) to make it work.- Michael Gain

Best way to lift her is with the lucky 8 SYA kit. It comes with strut spacers and shortened rods to ensure the airbag pressure feels like stock. You also get the benefit of a 2.5 inch lift.- Michael Gain

What did you do with your Lr4 Today?
It was part preventative maintenance and part troubleshooting. Personally, I would replace the pump while you already have the tank dropped. It's not a huge endeavor, but I would be annoyed if I had to drop the tank twice- Michael Gain

GAP IID Tool capabilities
Not sure about the ICE software, but the GAP tool does allow you to update software. I don't think there is a way to check without the GAP tool. Yep. No need to drop the crossmember. @ryanjl is referencing the 6 speed. I believe the filter neck is longer, forcing you to cut or break. You've got mostly everything you need. You will need a small socket (I think 7 or 7.5mm) to remove the heat shield bracket. I ended up using an adjustable wrench as well.
