coolant color - LR3 question
Question, coolant in my LR3 is pinkish/reddish. Factory fill. Bought gallon at LR dealer today, was 30 bucks or so for the gallon (!) and its marked "OAT" coolant. It is bright orange. Doesnt match the coolant in the car, they said its fine. What gives? -

This seems to happen on the 05/06's It JUST started happening to mine... 2005 HSE. Know that when you replace them, there are 2 colors (the brunel grey from 05/06 and the silver from 07+). So you'll want to either replace both LAND and ROVER with the new color, or get the old color for one... -

Brake fluid flush Certainly couldnt hurt to do the brake fluid flush but I seriously doubt that is the problem. That would probably result in greatly reduced breaking power or increased stopping distances, not brakes sticking "on". -
