don't think your symptoms are a result of the D -> N shift.. i do that quite often.. the LR3 will limit revs way before the red line (notice it doesn't exist on the tac :) -

you will not be able to downshift if your engine's reviving to high.. the display may show it, but you may not be in the gear.. once you drop below the magic RPM threshold it'll shift -

i've never seen anything over 18.5 on highway.. around town i get 14.8 .. i can squeak 16mpg around down if i manu-shift it.. but thats driving ol granny style which is no fun.. not to be the contrarian, screw gas milage.. how do i get more juice out of this beast? -

Brake Master Cylinder Problem
Wondering if anyone has had their master cylinder replaced due to funky behavior? seems like my brakes "go to the floor" quite frequently without fully stopping the vehicle.... been into the shop 3 times to have them find and fix the problem... but to no avail. -

i have about 10K on mine.. still can't get them to balance right.. done the road force balancing on all forces and even had one replaced due to it be "out of round".. balance problem shows itself around 50.. and only 50.. as for PSi.. i run 43 all around.. though after 10K, i think i have lost...
