Brake Master Cylinder Problem

Wondering if anyone has had their master cylinder replaced due to funky behavior? seems like my brakes "go to the floor" quite frequently without fully stopping the vehicle.... been into the shop 3 times to have them find and fix the problem... but to no avail.

Have you had your pads changed recently? I had mine done about 250 miles ago and directly afterwards the brakes were alarmingly soft / spongy. Now they're getting better. If not, I've read a few posts on the disco3 uk forum that describes your condition.
