Tried speed sensor with rear driver side wheel off ground. Off and on voltage as I spun wheel. That is why I want to drive while monitoring it. I wonder if at faster speeds it is going out. -

I think I want to stick with the 80/90. But I still think the inner hub seal is the main culprit. Reason being that no gear lube should be in the hub. Oil passing thru inner and outer seals and then past the axle seal I just wonder if that oil is pulling the grease off my wheel bearings. Like... -

Pressure I keep my tires at 35 a little high for highway. 25 psi for the rocks i've been climbing thru lately. I never cared much for the michlins on my 95 discovery using nokian vactivas love em. My manual stated 28 psi frnt, and 38 psi rear normal all load conditions -
