Who has powder coated rims?
I have a Zambezi silver LR3 and like the look of the black powder coated rims. for those of you that have them or have seen them, what is your impression of longevity? Do they scratch easy, if so can they be touched up? Thanks in advance,- USAFbuckeye

It might seem early, but based on my short following of the forum this a common problem in the LR3. Honestly, nothing is ever to early to fail on a LR. Read some of the the other forums and you'll see failures at all different miles. Just "luck" I guess.- USAFbuckeye

What's the "Landrover" button for?
Yep, that button can do almost anything you want it to. It can lower your truck to access height, turn your headlights on, activate the panic feature of your alarm, pop your rear hatch there may be more but these seems to be the most popular.- USAFbuckeye

why replace rotors often
Can LR3 rotor be turned? I had an 01 RR and was told that LR rotors can not be turned because they come "min spec" from the manfacturer.- USAFbuckeye

MT/R 19 finally here??
How did you know that your tie rods needed to be replaced? Just curious. Also, it sounds like you'd reccomend an AT tire over an MT? Is that just based on an overall driveability? I'm thinking of new tires and like everyone else looking for the correct direction.- USAFbuckeye

Condensation?
I've had this problem on other vehicles (02 Dodge 1/2 ton 4x4 sport). All I did was remove the bucket from the vehicle. Sunroof Arms

LR3 Extended Warranties? 2005 LR3 HSE
ohyeahhh, I recently purchased the Ford brand ESP Premium Care plan. It is an "exclusionary" plan, just like the LR factory plan (except better imho). I bought the 4 year/48K for $2600. This warranty covers everything (except interior trim pieces like leather seats and squeaking plastic)...- USAFbuckeye

It looks like a smaller RRS with all the color matched parts. It almost seems like LR is trying to take the LR3 in a more civilized direction... I like the black plastic parts, just wish they didn't fade so easily.- USAFbuckeye

Ford ESP Warranty now available for all LR3s still under warranty
I spoke to my service rep who has dealt with the Ford ESP warranty on several ocassions, to include the air susupension. Loaner car?
My LR3 was in the shop for a total of 22 days for a plethora of electrical problems. Not only did I not get a rental car, but my son also had his PSP stolen from the third row cubby box.
