I was able to put it in off-road access as well and still had room underneath. Just be careful when you pull that plug that the oil bucket/drain pan is positioned right because that oil comes shooting out. First time I did it, it over shot my drain pan! -

wind howling noise-sunroof
so i just had my entire sunroof assembly replaced (well except the glass) at the dealer and now I have a loud wind howl noise coming when I drive it. It's beyond annoying...would it be the seal around the sunroof? When looking at the top of the roof...there seems so be a bit of a gap in the... -

Airbag cover replacement -DENIED-
It's definitely at the dealers discretion...I had my airbag cover replaced on a 2006 se at 45k miles last May along with all badging/letters for being faded. Just had my sunroom rails replaced at 60k under CPO. -

Rear Entertainment DVD Player
Can you post a pic of the Pioneer f500 install? Was it a perfect fit for the cubby up top on the SE? Looking to add this to operate future dvd screen and backup camera. -

as it might be a case of some carbon build up, would a code pop up about being a bad MAF? They want to do the 3 step fuel system cleaner which I read in another thread as being pointless as it might be them just trying to make some extra dough and I should just dump a bottle of BG 44k in and... -

Ball joint help
Bushing help My lr3 2006 60k miles and how is that not one bushing has been replaced? I haven't had a chance to crawl under and check them out but the car is at the dealer for stalling and suspension issues. How do I convince them to inspect them? If they're bad I am under extended warranty. -

Does this make sense? They're saying the stalling is from carbon build up in the induction system. Of course its not going to be covered by my warranty now. -

5 minutes before I got a brief reduced engine performance but it went off after 10 seconds. I thought nothing of it since it immediatley went off. Driving along and bam...no power. Car is heading to the dealer Monday morning. -

I agree with keeping the wife happy. I had a 2008 Yukon Denali for 6 days. The worst 6 days of my life, the wife hated it! She fell in love with the LR3 as did I and I was able to trade in the Yukon for our LR3 and get what I paid for it. I've had it 1 year and put 27k miles on it so far with... -

and yes LRNA will cover it, it is at the dealer's discretion, just like that stupid drivers side airbag that peels back on the steering wheel. LRNA knows me on a first name basis there with the hassle I was having with a defective item on my LR3 that eventually I took to another dealership. -

I was told the same...that any of those repairs would include a free alignment. And who charges 249 for alignment? Both my lr dealers charge 140 plus tax! -
