Oil filters
FYI, the 4.0L V6 OEM filter is absolutely Motorcraft. Same filter used in Mustangs and other Ford models. Comes in a Land Rover box, Motorcraft on the filter. -

Turning rotors
Pretty much standard at most dealers these days, even if they measure the thickness and find there is room for machining. Turning the rotors will make them more susceptible to overheating and warping, especially on this vehicle. It's always better to install new rotors when replacing brake... -

Shake in Steering Wheel When Braking Around 50 - 55mph
Would definately think warped rotors. Very unusual not to replace them even if they "seem" ok. -

Dash fade and leather seat treatment
I use Murphy's Oil Soap and warm water for the entire interior including leather. Use a well wrung out microfiber cloth and dry immediately with a dry microfiber. Leaves no artificial residue, shine, smell, whatever. Excellent long term, safe results for cleaning. -

Great points, particularly on the parts issue. I am amazed at the new OEM LR parts you can find on eBay very cheap. I almost pulled the trigger (should have) on a brand new suspension compressor. It sold for $106 ($700+ part)! Would be a great item to have on hand when the original one... -
