Stock Vs. Vented Rotors
Yea, it's all the urban offroad my wife does:-) She says she hates the abs, i told her it never really comes on unless wet or snowy conditions AND hard braking, but she says it comes on alot especially on bumpy roads while making turns. I haven't felt the abs since the winter! Oh well, I guess... -

92 Range Rover brake bleeding
Just bleed the calipers a few more times, fluid looks nice and clean, still has slight orange tint, but the only way to rid that would be to drain and flush everything, and you know that's not gonna happen! Stock Vs. Vented Rotors
When I first got the disco, the first order was to upgrade the brakes. I went with the crossdrilled rotors and kevlar pad set up from DAP. The rotors are DBA and the brakeing did improve, as for the longevity of pad life, well at 10,000 miles the front pads where shot! I know it's a heavey... -

Fog Lights on my 96 RR dont work !!!!!!
my 97 disco just started doing the same thing, if you hold the switch down they light up as soon as you release they go off. I'm think switch here but will check further this weekend. I'll let you know what I find. Regards Jim 97 disco 92 RR- jholewka

Range rover starting problem
I had the same condition when i first got the 92 RR. I found it top be one of the spade connectors on the coil, I moved it and got it started to get home. The next day I replaced the bad terminal and haven't had a blip since. Regards Jim- jholewka

Yes, I'm not saying that flushing out the old fluid would be good, it's just the procedure to bleed the entire abs system looks like such a pain, and since there is no air in the system why do it. 92 Range Rover brake bleeding
Hello all, My question is: Do I have to go thru the whole abs bleeding procedure if I only replaced the frt calipers and had all four brake hoses clamped off to prevent fliud drain?
