Even the picture on that web site shows the item to be poorly made, fit and finish. Notice the eneven fit on the seam in the plug photo. Do everyone a favor and delete that link.
Use Genuine ZF Fluid or order from thectsc. Several manufacturers use ZF transmissions and several have their own fluids and various recommendations. I stuck with Genuine, Royal Purple for everything else.
I found when my front strut air bag went, it was noticable when in off road extended mode, it sounded like belts squealing. The compressor also ran quite a bit more than normal. The issue showed itself gradually but getting an occasional error on the dash. The codes thrown were too many...
You might consider some fine screen mesh from the hardware store. Knock on wood, no problems so far, I don't get how you are breaking them. Salvage yard might be a good bet.
There is an update kit with new springs, bits and pieces, I guess I would start there. I don't know which compressor you have, but this will give you an idea. P/N and prices have likely changed did this research a while back.

If it's running fine wait, if you have concerns change them. or just go ahead and do both services now. Nobody ever regretted service too much or too soon.
It normally is the solenoid on the transfer case.
Can be sorted out by calibrating the transfer case with IID tool that supports it. like autologic machine.
It realy takes a couple of minutes,,,if it doesn’t sort out the problem the solenoid ie: e-diff motor should be changed.
I have plenty...
I have them posted, but blocked on this site, drop me a pm with your e-mail and I'll send you the link to the pictures.
It's on the right side, just below to the right and behind the brake booster. It's a pain to access but it can be done. I can take a picture of the cable run bypassing all...
The wire does not go through the wire bundle, there is an empty grommet. I managed to fish in coax without going through that grommet, I went under and around the windshield molding..

The best place to mount it really is the roof performance...
Yes, the two diffs have distinct looks. The locker will have a wire bundle that plugs into a motor that bolts on to it. The non-locker does not. Also, if you have a space saver spare, there is little chance of you having a locker. Vehicles with lockers got full size spares.
If you raise it to...
If you folks want a permanent solution for this, in the form of a better hitch, drop me a PM w/e-mail. I'll have a solution in a 3-4 months.
Oh... and hit it with a hammer a couple of times.
Something does not sound right, perhaps a rub short or something else going on.. What are the voltages Engine off and running.
Has the vehicle been flooded or wet?
The bulbs go bad eventually--
Has your brake light switch ever been replaced (I'm not implying this is the problem) but they...
Yes, correct-- up sized rear axles. Anyone that cared to go through the exercise, you can fit HD axles on a non-locker, or LD axles on a locker, they are interchangeable. Or you can fit a locker diff on a non-locker, less the benefit of locking, it is heavier duty.
These people seem pretty good, I've done some business with them. http://www.westcoastbritish.com/ Also http://britishcarservice.net/ done some business with them as well.
No aftermarket e-locker yet.. I prefer the factory e-locker. The air locker will get the job done. What they do not tell you is that the axles on a vehicle with a locker are bigger than the non-locker, so there is a risk. The front does not lock on the 3. So if you wanted to add it, there might...
The main complaint is ARB bumpers are heavy. If you don't want to carry a winch, you will not want to carry that. I am not convinced to do a snorkel again. It depends on where you are and what you do.
part numbers for air bladder-- pending
LR016412 front suspension, shocks & components, seal kit Left (all 4 are the same)
You will also need some other seal kits, and also a special tool most shops would have to put the band on, perhaps the bands as well. See if this helps.. My...
It is all computer controlled, rough idle is a well known issue. It is most likely due to the fact they vent the PCV in front of the throttle body that they get gummy and rough idle.
