Hi Paula First off, non-synthetic oil? No-- put 8 quarts of Royal Purple and a RP extended life filter in it. That will set you back 47 dollars for a case of six on that jungle site. The filter would be 12.00 ea. So you will have 12 quarts if you buy two cases, 7.83 a quart or 62.66.. +... -

Particularly considering the batteries models mentioned are not for an LR3 at all. So don't run off and buy the specific models listed, make sure it fits. -

What is u3ff0 invalid diagnostic code
The parking brakes are very fiddly on these, so if you are not working on it yourself, yes, it would be a good idea to look into why it is tripping a code. -

Any suggestions for a cargo retention net for multiple use cases?
I just use ratchet straps from the 4 hooks built into the floor made for it. If you use the 3rd row, there is so little room there, and the seat angles will prevent anything from coming forward. -

Throwing codes and rough idle + check engine light
The part may be inexpensive, but I believe you need to remove the valve cover to do it, then you get into a bit more hassle. Just clean the throttle body first and go from there. This is a fairly common issue, don't let your iid tool over analyze it for you... -

Off roading upgrades
I would recommend a hidden winch, rather than carrying it around. Mine is pictured here. E Solas, I've done quite a bit with HAM installs if you need some ideas let me know. I have a remote head 857D in the rear cubby, 3 antennas, an APRS unit installed, all working great. -

Crazy suspension!
Might be related to air bag leaks, or bad front or rear valves... Does it leak down at night? What about putting it on 4x4 Nav screen does one wheel go crazy (bad height sensor). -

Throwing codes and rough idle + check engine light
This would most likely be the throttle body needing to be cleaned. I use a can of BG 44k or Sea foam every couple of months in a tank to help keep it clean. You can clean it yourself if you are handy, there are some videos on it if you search. Start there. -

You should get it repaired, but at this stage driving a little more probably is not going to make much difference. If they can't help you out, let me know, you will be pleasantly surprised. If you let it go too long, the core won't be salvagable +300 to me or +400 to +700 from LR LR retail... -

Settings for normal city driving
You may also find sport mode handy on the hills and heavy traffic. You do lose 6th gear with it, just bump the shifter back to the D position and it will resume normal operations anytime.
