Window Problems
I actually just had the regulator for my 98 RR replaced today. It did the same thing. The problem was that the white plastic guide rollers broke. They had not come loose from the guide but that difference in height was about an inch. Had theycome loose the windo would not have raised at all...- Karch

98 Range Radio Failure
A week ago, the speakers on my Rover started to screech intermitantly and in varying pitches. Then the radio would kick back on. It happened again screechingm then radio, the screeching so I just turned off it off. The next time I started up I turned the radio on and it is just a low whining...- Karch
