2011 RR HSE midrange door speaker remove
Did you figure it out? Looks like the sub assembly is plastic/riveted to the panel. I have removed assemblies like this by carefully cutting away the minimum amount of the rivets to free the part. I attach the assembly using a hot glue gun around the remaining rivet structure. No experience...- Shoshone

2011 V8 injector fault
Yes. Could also check resistance of the injector and compare with others. A professional might use a hand held scope to observe pattern while driving. -

Although the book will say don't, I would try moving the injector to another cylinder. See if the problem follows the injector or stays with #2. -

Compressor issues only normal height
Check the battery cables, and every ground you can find. There are several grounding points under the hood and throughout the truck. I cleaned everything I could find when I purchased mine.- Shoshone

Selling question
Try Facebook, Craigslist, or even Ebay. Find out what local wrecking yards will offer and go from there. Used engines seem to be about 5-6K$ from wreckers. Very scary that direct injection may flood engine. No warning for that. If you want to dive in, ask around for the price to swap engine...
