forgot to add, would anyone know where I can get a new 3rd brake light assembly for a D90 soft top? preferably for maybe less than $400-a price which was quoted to me possibly by the dealer or someone else. Maybe it'll have to be either a brake light or a speedo, ha. -

Does my 97 D90 have a on board diagnostic module where I could see if there are any codes displayed? If so where might it be? I've checked in the passenger footwell and didn't see one there nor under the passenger seat in the cubby box. -
