The cylinder liners can't be bored. Unless the liners are re Nikasiled.
1) Land Rover says maximum allowed warpage is 0.008in. They don't offer thicker head gaskets.

You can remove the rear license plate light assembly.
Use a screwdriver to gently pry the sheet metal apart.
Use some needle nose pliers to pull on the rear hatch safety release strap.
A no start could be caused by excessive throttle body cleaner in the intake.
You can hold the throttle wide open, while cranking and see if that clears it out.
Every rotating component in a vehicle that is out of balance, generates a frequency.
When I was a Ford tech, we used this to identify where the vibration came from...
Make sure the electrical connector on the latch is securely seated.
Also, may need to be adjusted.
Try leaving the upper hatch open and manually latching the latch. See if the alarm arms.
Could be anything.
I would try the BG 44K fuel injector cleaner and see if that helps. Use it with a half tank or less. Drive at least 50 miles.

Sounds like an issue with the fuel pump driver module.
I checked the locations of the fuel pump driver module circuits , grounds etc.
Nothing close to where you were working. :dontknow:
