I'd start by filling up the reservoir tank and keeping an eye on it to see if it goes back down again. The weaker points on this particular engine are the front and rear crossovers and the small pipe that goes from the water pump to the oil cooler... If it's a really slow leak then perhaps... -

Ouch... New battery at Costco was $170 but mine failed the test at the local AutoZone so it was a no brainer... Perhaps try a battery and return it if that's not the issue, it's a lot cheaper than $3K. -

I think it's for sound also... Damn mice! I caught a few on video while I was doing my timing chains. I left the trunk open to store parts (no battery so had to stay open) and they were sitting on the rear window! Need to leave the cats in the barn for a few days! -

Could it be in Valet mode and therefore reduced functionality? Skip that - I see it's always there :-(. I agree with Tapps33 - it's time to pull it apart and start replacing parts, I'm not sure why you've not gotten in there already but per my previous post there are videos that can help and...
