Yea, with the app I enter milage and gallons when I fill up. If you miss a fill-up entry, you check a box and it won't factor that in to the average mpg.
I would say assertive driving; not dogging it but not out for a Sunday cruise. Highway speeds are usually 80-84

Just wanted to throw out an update for reference; after having the pulley and tune for 8k miles now, I'm averaging 16.12 mpg with mostly city driving on 31 fill-ups.

If it were me, I would believe it to be coolant and most likely from the rear crossover pipe. That's a long way to travel for power steering fluid without seeing it dripping from anywhere else.
