    Any paint protection film would prevent that damage, but not cover it up. You could maybe wrap it, but I don't think wraps will hold up that well.

    Check that your battery terminal connections are clean and tight. Any idea how old the battery is? Usually when unrelated systems start to all fail at the same time it’s the battery, however I’m not sure if that’s the case for you.

    I personally wouldn't bother for another 12 months probably. You can do an oil analysis if you really want to know the state of your oil/engine health. https://bobistheoilguy.com/forums/ is a good resource for reading up on oil.
